Koalti Limited was established to provide a service to the RF and Microwave circuit board market, where choice of material and circuit board design are key to the objective of reliable quality at a sensible cost.
We manufacture using all types of controlled frequency circuit board laminates from all the major laminate suppliers, Arlon, Taconic, Neltec and Rogers.
Our production was established for the telecommunications antenna market and for over 15 years we have manufactured long antennas up to 3.0m long, mainly in glass reinforced PTFE. As well as long antennas, we manufacture a large range of patch dipole circuitry and many standard FR4 based circuits.

As the telecommunications antenna market matured and evolved, our business changed to reflect the new challenges. We have developed new and innovative ways to assist in the manufacture of phase shifter parts, remote electrical tilt (RET) and other specialist antennas. We have manufactured many smaller antennas in copper coated foam material and bonded assemblies using thin FR4 with an internal separation of closed cell foams. Specialist techniques are used to drill and machine the foam materials and maintain the surface flatness.
We have also manufactured 3 layer splitter parts with internally soldered pins to form an internal coaxial connection. The 2 parts of PTFE laminate are bonded together using thermal adhesive sheets.
