Over the many years of our production, we have encountered the majority of materials available and we are happy to advise the best use to achieve the best result at the lowest cost. We have extensive stocks of materials and close working relationships with the major PTFE material suppliers. Typical lead times for non-stock materials are 10 to 20 working days. Our production can be completed from 24 hours from receipt of material, depending on the style, finish and complexity of the final product.

Our engineers will advise on the best lay-out to provide the optimum material usage. They have seen many different types of circuit board design in the RF and Microwave market and normally will understand the requirements from the initial design. Should you require something special, please ask.

We have the ability to manufacture small to medium batch sizes in our facility and can assist in the procurement of very large volumes from our many contacts within the circuit board industry.
